Thomas joined VVA in 1999 and is the current Managing Director of the Group and one of the Partner in charge of the Expert Opinion business unit.
Graduated in Political Sciences, with socio-economic specialization, from Università Statale, Milan, he obtained a master in Management Studies from the Judge Institute of Management Studies, University of Cambridge, UK.
After few years of involvement in managerial consulting projects (strategy, marketing, organisation), he has been focusing on Expert Opinion for the last 15 years, namely in Commercial Litigations (competition, market power, pricing dynamics in regulated sectors) and – mostly – in Transfer Pricing (TP), for some of the most relevant multinational groups at worldwide level. The projects he has been involved in cover the whole spectrum of TP issues (TP policy assessment and design, management of litigations, APA and BAPA, business restructurings) and several industrial sectors, from FMCG to Fashion & Luxury, Pharma and Industrial Goods.
Thomas teaches on a regular basis in the Advanced Transfer Pricing courses of ITC LLM in International Tax Law (International Tax Center, Leiden, The Netherlands) and at the Transfer Pricing Master of Sole 24ORE.
He collects comics and vintage vinyls. When he had more free time, he practiced almost all sports: football, basketball, tennis, skiing… and many others.
