Ana Eckhardt Rodriguez is a Researcher at VVA Economics & Policy in Brussels.
Ana has a thorough and proven knowledge of EU policies and expertise in a wide range of areas including financial markets, internal market and regional policy. Her expertise relates to projects involving cross-country data collection and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
Before joining VVA, she worked as a freelance research associate at the International Central Institute for Youth and Educational Television (IZI) at the Bavarian Broadcast (BR). The IZI conducts empirical research with regard to current programme formats and current issues in the field of children, youth and educational television She has managed teams of coders, led research projects and was responsible for quantitative and qualitative analyses across projects.
Ana holds a BA in Political Science, minors Economics and Business Administration, from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. She also holds an MSc degree in Political Science – Political Economy from the University of Amsterdam.
Ana speaks German and Spanish (both native), fluent English and possesses general skills in French, Dutch and Danish.
