Alessandra Tilola
Alessandra graduated with honors in Labour Psychology and Organizations at Padua-based Università degli Studi.
In 2003 she took her first professional steps in VVA Market Research where she grew professionally and currently works as quali-quantitative Senior Researcher.
Throughout her working experience, she has worked on multiple projects in several industries, amongst which Telco, Insurance, Pharma and FMCG. In recent years she has further developed her expertise in applying qualitative methods to the online world and has carried out social media and web conversations analyses.
